Whole/Half/Quarter or By The Cut

We've been making beef better for 300 years!

 

100% Naturally Raised and Finished. Our unique finishing process produces highly marbled and tender beef; and is what makes Liberty Hall Beef so tasty! Our finishing blend uses all locally grown grains, grasses, and sugars. Our beef steers relax in our finishing paddock, happily sipping spring water while they eat themselves into blissful obesity.


Our beef steers are packed at a nearby USDA Certified Processor with an evening drop off, giving them time to stretch their legs after the short trip from Liberty Hall and relax overnight before their big day. We firmly believe that a peaceful steer is a tasty steer!


We will walk you through ALL cutting and packaging options that best suit your styles and tastes.  Beef cuts are vacuum sealed and can be packed in servings to go right from the freezer into a Sous Vide (like a water crockpot) for perfectly cooked steaks, roasts, and ribs every time!


After hanging for 14-21 days, our butcher delivers your expertly packed., labeled, and sorted cuts to Liberty Hall for easy pickup.


Liberty Hall finishes every month, so it's easy to order beef based on your schedule.

Bulk purchase gives you the most value and control over your beef - prices are based on the hanging weight

Whole

$8 per lb

You are buying the entire steer and get to choose your finishing, cuts, and sizing – everything. You can fully customize your steer's finishing process (pasture grass-finished, extra grain or sugars for different nutrition and marbling) choose which cuts you want (more steaks or roasts, more burgers instead of roasts/small cuts) thickness of steaks and roasts, how lean you'd like your burger.  This is about 450-600 lbs of beef, which will require at least 14 cubic feet of freezer

Half

$9 per lb

You will be sharing your steer with another customer - you still customize many of your cuts, sizes and fat.  A typical half order is about 275 lbs of beef and will need 7 cubic feet of freezer space

Quarter

$10 per lb

You will be sharing your steer with 3 other customers - you still customize many of your cuts, size and fat.  A typical half order is about 125 lbs of beef and needs 4 cubic feet of freezer space

Eighth - Beef Box

$700 fixed

 Hand Picked Box that Contains: 3 - Rib Eyes, 3 - NY Strips, 3 - Filet, 3 - Sirloins, 1 - Skirt steak, 1 - Brisket, 1 - London Broil, 1 - Chuck Roast, 30 - Ground Beef in 1lb Packs.  Substitutions available as well!
